These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Louhos software suite, including Louhos Interval, Louhos Mobile, Louhos Server, and Louhos Director (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services are provided for professional and personal use in live production and related workflows. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to:
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, design, documentation, and related materials, remain the property of Louhos or its licensors.
All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
You retain ownership of the data you create or upload using the Services. You are solely responsible for your data and for maintaining backups where necessary.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Louhos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Louhos's liability is limited to the minimum extent required by law.
You agree to be responsible for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Louhos may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.
